The rooms were fine, but the service not good.On the website the amounts includes breakfast and we were requested to pay extra for breakfast (R57 p/p), which we we're willing to pay. But we had to cancel due to the type of food that was offered.Who is now responsible

My wife and I hated everything about the place. When we got there some lady with no welcoming etiquette asked us if we are from any Government to which we said no. She then allocated us a room which seemed like a back room of someone's house. The room had a foul smell and the linen was smelling. The walls were very dirty and peeling. We showered with cold water even. I will never go to this place or recommend it to anyone. I don't know how they got four star grading.
