House of Ephraim is a self-catering guest house located in the central suburb of Kensington in Cape Town. It comprises one en-suite bedroom with twin beds and one family unit. .The family unit has one double en-suite room and a connecting room with 3 single beds; this unit sleeps 5 guests comfortably. Each room is equipped with a fan, a heater and a TV. The lounge and kitchen are both communal and there is an outdoor entertainment area with a barbecue facility. Parking is secure and Internet is available. Guests can enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and cereal. Table tennis and darts on site for the guests to relax. Guests will find a convenience store within walking distance and various fast food restaurants are located within a five-minute drive. The nearest attractions is Grand West Casino, 5km away. Ratanga Junction Theme Park and Canal Walk Shopping Centre, within 10 km. We are also an easy drive from the city centre, the V & A Waterfront and Cape Town International Airport.
