      Sadly we had no contact other than 1 phone call (which I made) with the people handing over keys. Nobody confirmed we were in the unit, that the unit was satisfactory and if there was anything else we required. The DSTV was limited - not open as assumed - the advert advised that we did not need to take a smart card. The unit was basic, which is acceptable. The unit was not clean...coffee cup marks in the bedroom and the doors and headboards were dirty. We left the keys in the door as we had received them.
