The room was neat spacious and neatly kept. The rates per night however we found ridiculous seeing that we have paid the same rates at all other guesthouses we ever went to and it included breakfast and air conditioning.

The room was rather sterile and cold as it was so white and tiled. However spotless and roomy.lovely garden to rest in. Outside lights are very bright. Thank you for our last minute stay.

Peaceful gardens with abundant bird life. Rooms spacious, clean and very comfortable. Friendly and efficient service at reception and in dining room.

I would say that we enjoy being at Franka. The environment is perfect, good cistomer care and safety is assured. However, there are a few things that need attention such as expellers in the kitchen and bsthrooms. The toilet pots needs to be replaced since they are now old as indicated by permanent stains. These are just suggestions.Otherwise, this will be our permanent holiday house!Thank you for accommodating us.
