About Disa Lodge

This Victorian house is situated in the heart of the old village and was one of the first to be built in Darling.

We offer three double bedrooms with en-suite showers. All three rooms have a private entrance to a veranda. The house has a shared TV lounge and a large stoep with a built-in braai, which is a great place to eat breakfast. Disa Lodge is on Borehole water and showers are not that restricted.

The cottage is self catering with a luxury bedroom with an en-suite shower and a view from the garden. The lounge is equipped with a TV and DVD player as well as a sleeper couch which leads to a stoep with a built-in braai. Wood is not provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas/electric stove and tea and coffee facilities. All rooms have either single or double beds with percale bedding and electric blankets for the cold winter nights and fans for summer nights as well as a view from the garden.

Secure off-street parking is available. Walk to the famous Evita se Peron or to the village restaurants. Enjoy the wild flower show in spring time or tastings of top quality wines at one the five wineries nearby.

Friendly and informative hosts, excellent breakfasts, very cosy and warm (even electric blankets) in some very dismal weather - we would recommend Disa Lodge to our most critical friends and acquaintances.

Felt welcome from the start and nothing was to much of a problem. Pat and Bobby are wonderful hosts and we enjoyed thoroughly.

Very friendly couple, Pat and Bobbie. Accomodation was basic and clean with a greatly stocked kitchen. Bedroom only has single beds which could not be converted which was disappointing. Nice and relaxing and private.
