This apartment is situated on the beachfront in La Mercy along the beautiful North Coast. The apartment is beautifully furnished with three bedrooms, all with beautiful crisp linen and bath towels provided. The large sea-facing balcony is ideal for great 180-degree views and as an entertainment area.
The lounge area is equipped with a comfortable L-shaped lounge suite and a television with DStv access. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and quality furnishings. The complex boasts a beautiful communal swimming pool with covered parking bays and 24-hour access controlled by security guards.
Coral Reef is located at Umdloti Lagoon, minutes from Umdloti, with easy access to Umhlanga and Ballito.
Please note KZN - specifically all households under the Ethekweni council - is experiencing water shortages at the moment, all guests, owners and tenants have been requested by the council to ration water - thus no washing vehicles and using water unnecessarily. Non compliance will result in further water restrictions.

Please note any water restrictions implemented by the council is not within Umhlanga Vacations control at all – only Ethekweni / Council can be held liable. They decide on an ad hoc basis what the restrictions will be. They do not advise us of times. Sometimes between 09:00 to 15:00 on any day and sometimes until 17:00 or even later. At times water is cut by 08:00 in the morning, at times this happens earlier. This is beyond our control.
Please be prepared for water shortages during the day, you can go to the Spar and purchase 5 litre empty containers and it’s R1.00 per litre to fill the container with water, its best to ensure you always have spare water available at your place of residence at all times.
Full payment is required 10 days before arrival.
No deposit will be refunded if a booking is cancelled, the deposit can be forwarded to another date. No refunds for early departures.
Any misconduct on the tenant’s or tenant’s guest will result in immediate eviction with no monies being refunded.
No noise after 22h00 and no more than four visitors per unit.
In the event that the unit is not available for occupation due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide you with alternate accommodation.
Guests need to provide their own beach/swimming towels.
Please note pets are not allowed.
Some units are serviced daily, and others not, please confirm before your deposit is paid if your unit will be serviced daily.
Basic cleaning services are available at an additional cost of R 200.00 for Umdloti and R 250.00 in Umhlanga (kitchen, bedroom, floors, braai grid)
This service will not be available on weekends and Public Holidays. Advance notice is required. see more
