The setting is ideal for golfers and holiday goers alike as it feels like you are out in the countryside although you are less than 15 minutes drive from the hustle and bustle from city living.

Our guests will love the open and beautiful entertainment area with a built-in braai and pizza oven whilst the kids can play in the swimming pool.

The main bedroom has a king size bed with a full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed. Bedroom four has two single beds whilst bathroom three has a shower only, with toilet and basin.

The general space includes an open plan kitchen, living area and dining room that flows seamlessly into the spacious patio. The house is equipped with a fireplace and a swimming pool, while a dryer, dishwasher will ensure that you experience a comfortable stay inside. Additionally selected DStv channels, WIFI, Showmax and Netflix are included for your convenience.

It is important to note that pets are allowed at this unit.

Important Information

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 will be required, which will be refunded a week after departure, should there be no damages.
A once-off administrative fee of R550 is charged per booking.

Linen are provided and only replaced for stays of longer then five days.
Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.
Selective Dstv channels included.

All December and January bookings should be paid one month prior to arrival.
*** No payments can be made at the estate and should be settled before arrival ***

By booking this unit, our guest accepts the term & conditions as well as the house rules of the estate that will be visited.

CANCELLATIONS:
Should we be able to source another booking, we will gladly refund the full amount, less the admin fee.
