The spacious and comfortable home features a large balcony, half of which is enclosed, allowing guests to soak up the sun while enjoying the breathtaking sea view. Just a short two-kilometer drive away, you'll find the amazing Blue Flag beach, renowned for its pristine sands and clear waters. Trafalgar is also conveniently located within easy reach of popular destinations such as Southbroom, Margate, San Lameer, and the Shelly Shopping Centre.



Collingwood House provides everything you need for a memorable stay, with a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering and ample braai facilities for those delightful outdoor meals. The property includes a double garage with secure parking for two additional cars. As a bonus, guests can enjoy non-stop entertainment for the whole family with our Open View TV, offering over 18 TV channels and 28 radio channels, some of which are in HD. Furthermore, we have recently installed a Jojo tank, ensuring uninterrupted water supply, along with a two-plate gas stove and two LED lights in case of load shedding.



The house consists of four bedrooms sharing two bathrooms with baths and showers. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. The third and fourth bedrooms are furnished with cozy double-sized beds. Linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience, though we kindly ask guests to bring their own beach towels. Well behaved pets are welcome, with prior arrangements needed. Additionally, the rental price includes the services of a daily housekeeper, ensuring a truly relaxed stay. The house and garden are equipped with armed response for added peace of mind.



Collingwood House is located in a peaceful suburban area, where guests come to unwind and rejuvenate. To maintain this serene atmosphere, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and we ask for consideration towards our neighbors, with no loud parties, fireworks, or unruly behavior allowed.

Rates:

R1950 per night (all seasons) – minimum two night stay. A refundable breakage deposit of R1,500.00 is required, which will be refunded within seven days after guests have vacated the property and everything is in order.
