About Coeur de Leon Guest House

With panoramic 360-degree views overlooking the city, Table Bay and the surrounding mountains, Coeur de Leon Guest House is situated high on the central slopes of Table Mountain.

This lovingly restored, century-old Edwardian home is located in a quiet avenue, within a proclaimed urban conservation area. We are in close proximity to shopping centres, nature reserves, transport routes, beaches, and just 2 km from the city centre.

Five beautifully themed, sun filled en-suite double bedrooms, each representing different aspects of rich Southern African culture and history, are serviced and fully equipped with DStv, a bar fridge and wireless Internet. Come and relax in the peaceful atmosphere of our mountainside home, with a spacious open-plan living area spilling out onto the north-facing breakfast patio with built in barbecue.

Although the house is richly furnished with antiques, there is a comfortable marriage between old style and modern comfort. Experience warm South African hospitality at the heart of the lion.
