Cloud Cottage is for everyone who wants to get away from the daily hustle. The view is magnificent. Note that there is no electricity and no cellphone coverage at all. A gas stove and gas fridge is available. The place was very dusty and full of spider webs and we had to clean it before unpacking. The rates are expensive in comparison with other facilities which offers more. However, we enjoyed our stay.

This beautiful cottage is hidden away in the Prince Alfred Pass, and if you're looking for privacy, quiet, and experience that brings you close to nature look no further. The cottage is charming, with everything you may need; the view is spectacular, and the atmosphere is divine with the only sounds cow bells ringing into the early evening and the singing of birds. There's no electricity, but there's hot water, gas stove and fridge and the braai area is great. Christopher is a friendly and helpful host. This is one of the most peaceful places I've visited, and I'll definitely try to visit...

Would like the braai area to be nearer the front veranda area which makes braaing more sociable.Try and improve the road up to the house and gate entrance.

It was magnificent to be in a setting away from the trappings of modern technology and to appreciate the beauty of nature, to read and rest and to be at peace.
