Thank you very much for a marvellous wonderful stay at your hotel. The accommodation and of course the views and the mountain was spectacular. We’ve made beautiful unforgettable memories. Just a small observation on your directions to get to the hotel. The train tracks you mention are virtually invisible( the tracks are actually covered by tar) and in fact are part of the left turn opposite the Engen service station. Quite misleading and they are so easily missed. I suggest you leave the “train tracks” out completely and or just say “after crossing the river, about 800m, turn to your right...

Cathedral Peak is an amazing place. The proximity to the mountains and with so many activities to choose from makes the cathedral Peak a good choice. Although the location is fantastic the service is very, very poor. So many people supposed there to work and nobody to help. Very disappointing. To make everything even worse, my sister got a tick bite in part of her body that could only have been from the bed or towel. Absolutely unacepted!

we had an awesome family holiday for a week at Cathedral Peak. Lots to do for all of us. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful - but not so the management.  Lots of "old school" buffet food that could do with a revamp. That said, highly recommended and we will go back.

There's very little to fault this hotel/resort...We stayed 3 nights with a 2 1/2 year old, and were extremely impressed! The superior room we booked was spacious, well furnished and had a great view.I usually dislike buffets as they tend to involve inferior food (quality and choice) but both the breakfast and dinner buffets were great. Some repetition but better than most! The option of an a la carte restaurant would be a great addition though- especially for those staying longer.Kids activities were great- and the separate dining room for kids was a good touch.Staff were generally good- but...
