C’est La Vie Beach House is situated one row back from the beach with a path directly in front of the
house, leading to a secluded beach. It has an elevated 180-degree view of the Indian Ocean, which gives you amazing views from three of the bedrooms.
The house includes 5 bedrooms of which 4 are airconditioned, with either King, Queen or Single Beds and two bunk beds. The house can comfortably accommodate 8 adults and 4 children.
Downstairs area has a guest toilet, a fully equipped modern kitchen and scullery. The kitchen contains a double door fridge/freezer with an ice maker, a microwave and oven as well as a gas hob, coffee machine and ample built-in cupboards with crockery and cutlery, including other appliances. The scullery has a dishwasher and washing machine.
The dining area has a small table with 2 chairs, where you can relax with a cup of coffee and a book or laptop. There are two 2-seater sofas in the lounge which also includes a flat screen TV with DStv Premium channels, Netflix, YouTube, a home theatre system, and binoculars.
The bar area has a bar fridge and wine cooler.
The open plan airconditioned lounge walks out onto the huge patio with built-in braai facilities and an 8-seater table. The patio has stacking glass doors which enables guests to still enjoy the breath-taking view when closed.
The patio looks out onto a plunge pool where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunrise
or sit and have a cocktail.
The house is walled on three sides, with palisade fence at the back and fully electric fenced. There is also an alarm system with beams and 24-7-armed reaction.
A double automated garage and ample secure parking is available for vehicles, and C'est La Vie Beach House has a path leading to a secluded beach.
C'est La Vie Beach House is situated in one of the most exclusive suburbs, known as the ‘Clifton’ of
KwaZulu-Natal - Sheffield Beach.
Sheffield Beach is a rather small beach compared to the others in the area, but it has some beautiful
sheltered coves and superb rock pools which are well known for snorkelling and spear fishing (permit required). It is secluded and extremely safe for toddlers to splash in the rocky pools.
There is also excellent fishing (permit required) and diving spots at Christmas Bay, immediately north of Sheffield Beach.
This lovely beach situated just north of Salt Rock and Ballito, is one of the best places to enjoy a day in the sun. The rocks of Sheffield Beach create a perfect bathing area and the coastline offers some
amazing sightings of dolphins, or whales during the whale season (August/September).
Ballito Junction Mall is 7 minutes away and numerous restaurants to choose from. A golf course as well as King Shaka Airport, Sibaya Casino are within 10 to 20 minutes’ drive away.
