The campsite and ablutions were clean and neat. Staff were friendly and helpfulTo be improved:Only one of the trampolines was safe to be used, yet the other was not barricaded off to stop people / kids getting onto it

Really enjoyed our stop over at the resort. However one night isn't long enough to enjoy a visit.

It was raining when we arrived and our stand that had no grass was muddy. We tried to pitch the tent in the slippery area, when a co owner moved us to a area with grass. We really appreciate this as the stands is very close to each other and we would have no view of the river. As we also enjoy fishing the new area were close to the river. When we booked we had no idea that their is different stands that one can choose. Also the lady I spoke to didn't inform me. Also she didn't know how to handle us as we booked through Safarinow.Your website is not user friendly. No information is displayed of...

I enjoyed my stay at Broadwater very nice place to stay, I think they can improve on the service in the kitchen they are very slow, it could be the number of people they have since it was the water festival. If you want peace and quiet don't go on the weekend of the festival, please fix the dirt road. Will definitely go again.
