Intimate lapa overlooking the veldt and tame game roaming around can seat 20 comfortably for small weddings. Honeymoon suite and guest accommodation available. Due to the sensitive nature of our game we unfortunately do not allow loud music.

Important Information
INDIVIDUAL / FIT POLICY: DEPOSIT, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
This policy applies to smaller groups (less than 5 rooms) and individual travellers
Provisional Reservations
• Subject to availability: i.e. should we have limited rooms available, only confirmed bookings will be accepted
• Made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be held for a max of 72 hours
• Made 30 - 60 days prior to arrival will be held for a maximum of 14 working days
• Made 61 – 90 days prior to arrival will be held for a maximum of 21 working days
• Made more than 90 days prior to arrival will be held for a maximum of 28 working days
• Should confirmation by means of a 100% deposit not be received by the given date, the booking will automatically release and can only be–reinstated on the basis that the booking is guaranteed by of a deposit, and remains subject to availability
Rates are:
• subject to room and rate availability
• quoted, invoiced and payable in ZAR
• quoted per ROOM per night single or two adults sharing. A single supplement applies thereafter
• inclusive of breakfast and 15 % VAT
• subject to change without prior notice
• Net and non-commissionable
F.I.T. Payment Policy
• Airport Game Lodge does not provide credit facilities – all bookings are to be prepaid prior to arrival
• Full prepayment is required 30 days prior to arrival, or within 5 business days if booked within 30 days prior to arrival date
• Airport Game Lodge reserves the right to release bookings, should payment not be received by the requested date
• Any discrepancies on the confirmation/pro forma invoice must be addressed at time of booking
F.I.T. Cancellation Policy
Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgement of cancellations from reservations
Cancellations:
o 15-30 days prior to arrival, 50% of total accommodation value becomes due
o 8-14 days prior to arrival, 75% of total accommodation value becomes due
o 0-7 days prior to arrival, 100% of total accommodation value becomes due
o Cancellation policy may be amended from time to time due to extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Airport Game Lodge
