We absolutely enjoyed our time at Bain's Barn. This was the perfect escape from the busy Cape Town life. The accommodation was neat and well kept. I really enjoyed the comfortable bed and listening to the jazz fusion music from a near by cafe. We will definitely be back.

Brilliant and spacious with plenty of small touches! Bedding was excellent and the electric blanket was a wonderful surprise. Awesome option for a romantic getaway.

The perfect self-catering spot in historic Church Street: spacious, well equipped, close to the best Tulbagh has to offer. The only thing that bothered us was rather loud music until 23:00 from somewhere in the vicinity, probably the theatre or a restaurant.

Fantastic stay in unique and atmospheric accommodation, with huge attention to detail, down to milk, jam, rusk and water available. If you are going to stay in Tulbach, you need to stay in Church Street, and this reasonably priced accommodation is right in the heart.
