Important Information
* A ZAR1500 refundable damage fee is to be paid via bank transfer, 7 days before check in. This will be reimbursed to you within 7 days via bank transfer, after an inspection of the apartment upon checkout.
* Should any damages exceed the amount of the damage fee; guests will be liable for the costs thereof.
* No more than 6 people will be allowed into the Estate.
* No Parties/Rage/Events of any kind. Guests will be held liable for all fines by the Estate and removed from the property.
* No Smoking/Vaping/Sheesha allowed in the apartment.
* Please bring your own beach and pool towels.
* Day visitors will be allowed access, however the owner needs to be notified and will provide an access code.
