Cathedral Peak is an amazing place. The proximity to the mountains and with so many activities to choose from makes the cathedral Peak a good choice. Although the location is fantastic the service is very, very poor. So many people supposed there to work and nobody to help. Very disappointing. To make everything even worse, my sister got a tick bite in part of her body that could only have been from the bed or towel. Absolutely unacepted!

we had an awesome family holiday for a week at Cathedral Peak. Lots to do for all of us. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful - but not so the management.  Lots of "old school" buffet food that could do with a revamp. That said, highly recommended and we will go back.

There's very little to fault this hotel/resort...We stayed 3 nights with a 2 1/2 year old, and were extremely impressed! The superior room we booked was spacious, well furnished and had a great view.I usually dislike buffets as they tend to involve inferior food (quality and choice) but both the breakfast and dinner buffets were great. Some repetition but better than most! The option of an a la carte restaurant would be a great addition though- especially for those staying longer.Kids activities were great- and the separate dining room for kids was a good touch.Staff were generally good- but...

No effort was made to welcome us on the last leg of our honeymoon. Our hosts at the previous two venues welcomed us warmly. I mentioned to the hotel when booking that we would be on honeymoon. It seems that if you haven't booked the honeymoon suite, no extra effort is made. Apart from that, the food was enjoyable and the environment superb. The hotel was on the whole good.
