We had such a lovely stay. The room was neat and the staff was so friendly. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were lovely, very clean. We left for the wedding locking our rooms, except for my daughter and her boyfriend in one of the log cabins, hers would not lock. We arrived back at about 23h10 and found the main gate wide open. My daughters arrived a bit later than us the main gate was also open. The log cabin that could not be locked still could not be locked. A very big safety issue for all concerned. As far as i could see the gate remained open all night. I understand we had a storm, but what about our cars and especially our safety. My daughter in the log cabin that would not lock had a flooded bathroom and a non functioning shower. She came and showered in our roo, . It is a lovely guest house but the security is seriously lacking .

We only stayed the night and the room itself was lovely, so were the staff. Room is spacious and the bathroom equipped with a shower and a nice big bath. We stayed in room 1 which has a private entrance to the side of the guesthouse giving quick access to your vehicle. We would however not recommend it for a family stay. Children the age of two are being billed for and if we could hear the guests talking inside the guesthouse early morning, then Im sure they could here us too.

Onderhoud aan die kamer kan oogeskerp word, ligte het nie gewerk......stortkop was stukkend, watertemperatuur regulering....netheid buite kan verbeter. Ons woon nou in ander gastehuis teen dieselfde prys en dit is 2wêrelde van mekaar t.o.v diens, netheid ens.

The room was lovely with everything you'd expect from a 5 star room and Zintle was super helpful, especially in helping with an early check-in

There was no bathroom door.

The rooms were very neat and clean, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast could have been more value for money, I did feel R90.00 was a bit steep for scrambled eggs on toast. But over all it was great!

The bathroom was not cleaned.The first two days we had towels on the beds next two days no towels on the beds.No water the first morning to shower because the water was turned off at night.TV did not work in the the quest house.

Our bathrooms Are cleaned everyday when our guest leave for their activities,your bathroom was cleaned everyday. I personally check up on that.

As for the towels on your bed.Guest only get towels on their beds upon arrival,these are only extra towels should you need ,You receive clean towels in your bathroom everyday!!

You did not reserve a Room with a TV as explained to you once when you arrived and again in a telephonic conversation.

You reserved Room 9 one of our cheaper and more affordable rooms without TV….Whe moved you to a bigger room because we had the room available and we thought that it would be better suited as you stayed 4 nights,This room also do not come with TV as per the room you originally reserved.

We were very accommodating to you to move you to a room that was more luxurious than the one you originally reserved…I am sorry to hear that this was not to your expectation.

It was 8 minutes drive from our venue and really easy accesable. When I opened the door the first thing I noticed was the fress smell. I saw how neat and beautiful it was. It was really comfortable. Staff were very friendly and we really felt at home.

Had a very pleasant stay. Very friendly service. Clean rooms. This a a Protea Flower Farm and you can buy directly from the farm.

We did not enjoy our stay at Liebencharm. The room is a wendy house which is so small that we had to go outside to change our minds. It is ridiculous to think that we paid the same price for the unit as for the other log cabins. The bathroom had no privacy and the wiring to the geyser is open and dangerous. There is no cupboard in the room (cupboard outside on the stoep. The stoep was no good to use as there is only one kitchen chair and a very rough floor. The fridge was not standing even and the door stuck on the rough floor. We are very dissatisfied because our money was good enough and we definitely did not get value for our money. Will never use Liebencharm for a stay over.

I personally loved the place, well situated close to city life yet a nice relaxed country feel. It was amazing that once one get is inside you wont hear the traffic on the N4! Highly recommended for a stop over, or if you need to be in the Cullinan/Pretoria east area for a night.
