I had a pleasant experience at boulders.  Though transport costs from airport & back, plus the tour  In & around Cape Town came to a total of R5250, due to the lodge being a bit on the outskirts of town. What would be most appreciated is a combo like arrangement between the lodge & a taxi operator, whereby the cost of accommodation & guided tour become a package deal. The rooms need a bit of a touch up, say a TV per room if viable. All being said we had a wonderful stay at Boulders.

Very nice staff, comfortable rooms, fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again. It would be nice to have a fan in the rooms though.

Incredible location! Very nice people. Just one little thing: breakfast should include tea and coffee and orange juice.

A cosy gem

This little gem is a cosy, comfortable hideaway that proved to be perfect for our anniversary. We were treated like royalty thanks to the friendly, vibrant staff. We enjoyed a sumptuous meal in the restaurant with a few anniversary bonuses that were pleasantly unexpected.

My husband and I celebrated our one-year anniversary at the Boulders Beach Lodge. This special occasion was made even more special by all of the staff at the lodge who were fantastic. We relaxed on Boulders Beach in the afternoon then had a delicious, romantic candlelit dinner at the Boulders Beach Restaurant. In the morning we were greeted by the adorable penguins walking along the deck at breakfast. Everything about our stay was perfect, I would definitely recommend people to stay at Boulders Beach lodge! A big thank you to all of the Boulder Beach Lodge staff.

Our stay at Boulders was amazing. The rooms were neat, clean and beautifully furnished. We had lunch and breakfast, and both meals were out of this world - and so reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Thank you for your hospitality Candice. I will definitely recommend this lodge!

Loved the whole layout

I booked for one of our staff members who got married on Sunday 13/12/09, they arrived at Boulders on 15/12/09. They were impressed by the satin throw on the bed, and the extras that were put into their room. They loved the whole layout, meals, view and mostly the fantastic and friendly service they received throughout their short stay. Will definitely refer people to book through Safari.

Could not have asked for more!

A one of our final stops in South Africa this was by far one of the best places we stayed. Very rarely do you believe the blurb when they say they are footsteps from the beach, but these guys actually are! We stayed in Seaview - the self catering room - and it was great. A good size, great facilites, well decorated, and we could see the penguins from our beds! You couldn't ask for more! There was a restaurant and a shop a few footsteps away too. Beautiful surroundings, a great room, and penguins everywhere! One of the best places we have ever stayed! Thank you so much.
Fantastic Time
