The room did not have any racks for shirts, panties or short pants. The bathroom you could barely wash your face due to the closeness of the rack over the basin.

Clean, quiet location but building very run down and needs some uplifting. Wifi worked but was not strong enough to do anything, breakfast very simple. The team of people very welcoming and accommodating though

Although there is off-street parking it is not secure. Mossel Bay obviously has no crime!

Loved the clean, beautifully decorated rooms. The staff are so friendly, we felt very much at home. The breakfast was just great.

It was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay. The service was good and we were very happy with our room, it was very comfortable. We are strongly considering of going back there again.

Brians B & B is in located in a very quiet area, in Mosselbay. I prefer this place, because you can call it home. The rooms is very comfortable and one feel very relaxed. The rooms is modern has a shower, fridge, etc and is very clean and tidy. The people at reception made me feel welcome, and is very friendly. My next stop will definite be at Brians B & B. To all I recommend this place. It was worth spending my money. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Quietly situated just outside town, friendly hosts, and spacious clean room. Just what we like and needed. Able to sit in lounge in the evening, and had our own front door to come and go from. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The house was very fitting for our family. We really enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. Thank you for accommodating us. It was a place and space we needed to relax and enjoy each other and not think about work. So thank you. Hope to see you next year again.

   My short stay was very convenient and thanks to your friendly and efficient staff, very pleasant. I will stay again if my programme warrants a stay in Mossel Bay.

Shocking state of facilities. Mould in the bathroom is a health hazard. Place has potential but is in urgent need of maintenance and new bedding and towels. Friendly reception staff. Not recommended at all.

The staff were very friendly.

1.When we booked in we were informed that the door to the house were locked (and would stay locked until we depart) and we were to use another door giving us private entrance. When we returned the first night, after a night out, we noticed that they tried to come into our room.

2. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs and tomato. Could this not be altered to at least baked eggs or even omelette? My daughter of 12 years were accompanying us. When she asked for tomato sauce or chutney with her eggs, they did not have any. Do they not cater for children?

3. There was not enough space in the bathroom for everyone's towels to dry after a shower.

4. the shower were dripping the whole night and the next day (non-stop)

5. The TV channels were shared throughout the house and controlled by an adult. How do I know this? We were still watching a movie and then suddenly it was changed to another movie which had an 18 years age restriction. Because of this my daughter could not watch TV anymore and had to go to sleep.

6. The Wi-Fi were only available in the front of the house on a certain couch. Could not be accessed in the room.

I would not refer anyone to Brian's B&B

 

The people were friendly and the stay was fine.

The room was neat and clean when we arrived and were comfortable in our room, making the stay nice.

The people were great and very friendly. We enjoyed staying at the very affordable B&B. The room was clean and the breakfast was lovely. I also enjoy using Rooms for Africa and would do so again.

We had a lovely time at Brians B & B. Rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Recommended.

We arrived, met Jack, there was some confusion with the rooms, seems 2 rooms were booked instead of 1 room sleeping 3. Jack sorted it out quickly and we got a refund to our surprise. Met Karen his wife, both lovely couple, made us feel at home, assisted us the next morning with breakfast at 7am instead of 07:30am, so we could get on the road to Cape Town early.
We met another couple there from CT, which was great chatting to. The room was comfortable and the shower just what we needed. The car was safe and other quests were quiet. It was very easy to find with our GPS and leaving they on the road out to CT, which was an advantage. I will recommend this place to my friends.

I had a good stay at Brians. It was situated in a convenient area and close to everything. The rooms were spacious and clean. I will recommend them to others.

We had an enjoyable stay at Brians B&B. The staff are amazing and very accommodating! The breakfasts are 5 star and the establishment is clean. In saying that our bathroom was run down and needs to be upgraded, however it was clean and that was the most important.
The pool is lovely and if you have kids request a room facing the pool area.

Marvellous place with warm welcome and good service. To be recommended.

Tony is the keeper of the B&B and is a wonderful delight. The establishment is located beautifully for the amazing sea view. SafariNow has also contributed to the pleasantries of our vacation and I do plan on facilitating both establishments for our next visit! Thank you all so very much!

Even though we only slept there for one night, the experience was a pleasurable one. The hospitality and service was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and neat. Flat was serviced daily. Very comfortable. Will definitely go back.

Within easy reach of the city centre. Pleasant, clean rooms - if a bit dowdy. Excellent friendly service by Toni. I was disturbed by some of the guests making a noise late at night. However, on the whole, good value for money. Great choice for a single person or couple looking for budget accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay there again!
