I booked a room with disability facilities, and was ensured that it would be so. However, when we arrived at the so called disability room, there were no grab rails, the toilet was low, no assistance to get up from it, no stool in the shower and no hand held shower, only a rain shower too high to reach. This situation needs to be seriously addressed because it is fraudulent to advise that there are disability aids, but there are none. The establishment is very nice but there are no disability rooms in spite of their declaration that there are.

Our pre-anniversary week at your hotel was indeed memorable. Service delivery from the time of our arrival to our departure was excellent. Stunning rooms that at first impression look very clean. However, as you spend time in the room you find dust on the clothing casts and in our case cigarette ash in the board of the bath tub.
Friendly staff that really makes you feel welcome.
The garden is stunning as well as the views.
The restaurant staff needs to be more friendly and helpful. The food is good not great. During the day the bar team needs to be more attentive to guests when they are on the swimming pool to come an offer drinks.

An exquisite little hotel in a beautiful setting. The welcome was warm and our stay was fabulous. The staff is attentive, without being overwhelmingly so. The rooms are beautifully decorated and luxuriously comfortable.

The owners were amazing, they accommodated us in every way. Staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious and luxurious.
