This place is joke of a guest house. On arrival, our pots were dirty, the floor in the room was filthy, the bath sheets were never washed properly, we always had to ask for fresh towels otherwise we'd find dirty towels in our room. On New Year's Eve, there were people, not sure if they were guests or not, but they had made such a noise the entire evening well until 2.30 in the morning, which the time that we had decided that we were not going to stay another minute longer. All of them had gone to sleep and had left the music playing the entire evening. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY NOR WILL I EVER SET FOOT THERE AGAIN. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE TO BE A THREE STAR ESTABLISHMENT AT THE RATE THAT THEY'RE GOING

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned properly during our stay. Maintenance was done on the broken toilet on our request and immediately addressed. Thank you for your quick and positive response. We have run out of hot water the following morning, but was normal the day after. The general maintenance of the bathroom of room no 6 can however improve to fall in with the rest of the building standard and well maintained garden.

We had a great stay and the staff was very very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really tasty. When we had a problem with the water in our unit they responded and sorted it promptly and with great friendliness.

The staff were very friendly but that was where it ended, no cleaning facilities, electricity tripped, water was cut off without mention, no clean linen was supplied throughout our stay. Just poor service in general. I have been in many 3-star facilities but for R550 per night one would've expected much. Will not recommend it to others, I'm sorry.

Upon arrival we were told that the guesthouse was fully booked and that we were put into another place even though we had confirmation of our reservation. We waited and waited to be taken to the "other" accommodation but as it took too long we left and booked into another Lodge. Very unprofessional and dissapointing.
