The booking was confirmed with Maureen Chauke. Upon arrival, the receptionist on duty did not have anything on their system regarding this booking. The booking was recorded by Maureen on a piece of paper. I would like to thank John Williams from SafariNow, who attended to the matter professionally and efficiently.
Thank you

Accommodation very neat and staff very friendly. Food needs improvement and spa not up to standard. The gardens are beautiful.

The public areas of the renovated hotel are great , really beautifully done. The rooms themselves, whilst they are fine, are not in quite the same class as the rest of the hotel, bearing in mind the price you are paying. Service was faultless and the food good. As to the main reason for staying - the golf. Great course, great facilities and the birds and animals on the course make it really special. Would definitely go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to anyone. Actually looking already forward to our next stay. All the staff were friendly and we could see that they were trying to make every visitor feeling welcome. Our experience was that nothing were to big or small to help.

Hans Merensky Hotel
The four star resort hotel is a golf and wildlife Mecca. Just 5 km from the world famous Kruger National Park’s Phalaborwa Gate and 5 km from Phalaborwa Gateway Airport, the property is easily accessible and offers a product lacking in nothing.

Air-conditioned and secluded en-suite accommodation is offered in the form of 55 thatched chalets situated along the golf course fairways and 70 hotel rooms in the gardens. Dine in the Leadwood restaurant, have a barbecue feast in the lapa or enjoy the sumptuous fare in the Golf Clubhouse.

Greet the dawn on the manicured fairways of our Bob Grimsdell designed challenging 18 Hole, Par 72 Championship golf course where you will play with hippos, warthogs, monkeys, giraffe and a variety of antelope. You may hear stories of how the course was closed for a few hours that morning so that the rangers could chase off Elephant and Buffalo.

You may also catch a glimpse of Hyena or lions in the dark shadows of the night. Swimming, gymnasium, squash, tennis and conference facilities add to the final compliment.
