Staff very friendly and helpful. Accommodation clean and tidy. Perfect for a safe place while passing through. Fridge and micro in room... but no cutlery or crockery of any kind, so cooking not possible.

Not good. Photo's on internet doesn't look like real room at all. We stayed in nr 5, I am not sure if the photo's are of others rooms.
Cupboard bottom skew, bathroom sliding door doesn't even close "gap", TV remote didn't work
I think the "better" rooms should be R550, but definitely not the one we stayed in. It is really secondhand/run down.
Run down and not worth the money

First the positives: The second room we were put in had a working DsTV and aircon and the mattress was good.
Negatives: We had to be moved to another room because the aircon in the first one did not work. The bedside lamps did not work in our room and we were brought a new one.The coffee facility provides only one cup per person for the stay. We were from Cape Town and would have appreciated a second cup for when we arrived. The toilet roll holder, dustbin lid and towel rails in the bathroom were all broken. No shampoo or rusks as specified on SafariNow. And lots more....
Clean and comfortable

There was a bit of a mixup over the number of rooms required, but this was easily sort out. The young lady on the desk - Tasmeen, went out of her way to be helpful
Thank you
