The accommodation was clean and pleasant to stay over in. There are a few basic thing needed in the kitchen though. Our stay included B & B but no breakfast was offered to us.

We had a wonderful time at Porcupine Bush Lodge. We spent 4 nights in one of their lovely chalets. It was an amazing experience to be waken up by the sounds of the bush.

We had a good time. Peaceful and quiet and just the place if you need a rest. Thank you, we loved it.

We did not enjoy our stay at Porcupine Bush Lodge as we never checked in because I tried to call them 2 days before our check in date to book a bigger room, I could not reach them on their landline number as it went directly to voicemail, I left several messages for them to please call me back and up to date still have not received a call from them. Very disappointed.

My family and I decided (on the spur of the moment) to spend old-years elsewhere except at home! In a flurry we Googled possibilities on the internet and stumbled upon this jewel of a break-away! Thank you Elize and your crew for making us feeling MOST welcome during our two-day stay! Your selfcatering chalets were imacculate and well kept! We truly appreciated our privacy and your hospitality. We hope to visit you again in future!

Where else in the world can you wake up in the morning and have Waterbuck grazing round your tent?

Chalets are comfortable and well decorated. Hosts are friendly and helpful. The kitchen needs to be better equipped - 4 cups for 2 chalets isn't enough, more forks and knifes please as well as glasses. The cleaning staff could come more often to clean kitchen and dishes. The shampoo, lotion and soap dispensers were empty in our bathroom. Three indoor lights werent working on arrival, but two got fixed immediately... we had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time, nice and quiet in the bush. We heard something in the bush the last night and thought it was the sound of a bushpig. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.

I enjoyed my stay immensely. The peace and quiet were appreciated after a long day's work. Iced water would have been most welcome.

We had the most enjoyable time at the Porcupine Bush Lodge. We stayed for four nights in the two cottages, Buffalo and Rhino. The cottages had beautiful décor, lovely showers and were clean. The beds were very comfortable. There was a nice area to sit outside. Breakfast and dinner were served at the main house and are very well prepared with a variety of choices. Porcupine Bush is recommended for those who want to get away from all the rush and busy city life, but with many activities in the near vicinity. The town of Hoedspruit is about 20 km away and the Panorama Route is also easy accessible from here, as well as many other activities.

After struggling to find the right way to the main gate, we were greeted by a very friendly host and cook! Thank you for this unique experience.

I received a more than warm welcome at Porcupine Lodge. The dinner was excellent as well as the breakfast - left no wishes open. It is indeed a place to come back and stay longer than just one night only.

Porcupine is the place to be. Amazing staff , Amazing Hospitality. Breakfast was Exceptional. Great place to go and relax.
