There place just provided clean linen, that's all. We stayed in room 5. Their fitted sheet was a mattress protector!!But at least it was clean. It was windy that night and we could feel cross winds while sleeping. The room has 2 doors and the other1 is blocked by the wardrobe ...the crosswinds are from the blocked door. The mattress is FINISHED !!!! We couldn't take a warm shower in the morning...There was cold waster and warm water wasn't coming out. When we told the guy in the morning he told us there's a water crisis there...blablabla. we should have requested for warm water. Not sure how they were going to get around that one.. The guy lied to us...How do you have cold water and not warm water and claim to have a water crisis....It sounds more like a geyser crisis to me....We have a disgusting picture of dirt we found under their bedside table :(

Did not spend much time in the Hotel, other than to sleep and have breakfast, but was very happy with the service and friendly staff.

Would of liked to stay longer but unfortunately business commitments prevented me from staying longer

It was a very pleasant experience. Well done to the staff for their efficient service and honesty. The food at the restaurant was great. I will definitely stay their again

Nice hotel, friendly staff and bonus points for letting us in early when we arrived in Grahamstown completely shattered after an overnight journey from Cape Town on the bus.
