perfect for what we needed
Nadine van Ellewee, South Africa - 29 August 2016
It was just what we needed for what we needed for our trip up to St Lucia, friendly people at the front desk.
will definitely use them again.
Brian McLean, South Africa - 12 July 2016
The flats are reasonably appointed and we had a comfortable stay. Sunday servicing of the flat was a pleasant surprise.
We had to ask for towels as none had been provided and we had a bit of a battle with hot water.
Not Happy!
Patrick Ellis, South Africa - 20 July 2015

The duration of our stay for 2 adults and 1 child was 6 days. For this period only 1 toilet roll was provided and not replaced. This seems a petty complaint but surely that is a penny pinching policy by the establishment? The entire complex was empty yet despite that we were placed on a street facing unit with excessive road and other noise disturbing our rest at night. There were several units away from the street available but no option was offered?  Small issues like this determine that I would neither use them again nor would I recommend them.

The accommodation was good, just that the weather was miserable. Its set in the midst of central town, makes it very convenient.

Not the greatest

Was not impressed by the palms holiday flats at all ... would not stay there again.
Good experience
Nickie Wallace, South Africa - 06 October 2012
The Palms was clean and comfortable. The amenities were scarce (like no towels, no kitchen soap, no cutting board), but the place was cleaned daily. It's close to everything in town, which can be noisy, but everything quieted down by 9pm. Overall, a good experience.
Great stay!

The stay was really worth it. It is a very welcoming setting and would highly recommend to other holidaymakers. I just LOOOOVE IT!
Basic but all right!
michael rzytki, Germany - 16 July 2012
Quite noisy due to traffic of the Main Road. First we were accommodated in an apartment in the building facing that street. We therefore moved to an apartment in the building behind, where it was much more quiet. Unfortunately the bathtub was leaking. All in all, the accommodation is very basic, needs a fresh-up in some parts (especialy bathroom facilities). But all in all ok. The ladies from check-in were very kind, understanding and helpful - thanks again!
All ok
Mary Samuel, South Africa - 04 May 2012
All in order, very clean, safe and walking distance to everything - enough restaurants and pubs to choose from all in the one road.
Enjoyable Stay
Maryann Murrell, South Africa - 14 April 2012
We enjoyed staying at Palms Holiday Flats. Everything we needed we found in the flat, was also spotlessly clean and in walking distance to restaurants and shops. We will most certainly use them again if we are in the area again will also recommend to family and friends.
Well situated
Isabelle SCHWEYER, South Africa - 09 April 2012
The apartment was very clean and well situated in St Lucia. It was just a little noisy because our apartment was close to the street.

We were four adults staying in flat 9, not very clean, humidity in bathroom, no air conditioner as the day was very hot and humid as been difficult to sleep. Some appliances did not function well like toaster. Pillows smell, not properly clean.
Would come back
craig vaughan, South Africa - 14 February 2012
Easy access to all facilities. All utensils that were needed for self-catering were available. Clean. Friendly staff who helped with a smile on their face. Spacious. Would come back for a stay here.

The Palms is a really budget place, very noisy cramped and in a very bad shape.
We enjoyed our stay.
Bridget Bauermeister, South Africa - 05 November 2009
The unit met our requirements. When booking in the area we will return for the same experience
Marlien Smith, South Africa - 21 September 2009
We had a great stay at the Palms and enjoyed it. Our flat was cleaned everyday, so we could just relax and enjoy. Slept like a baby. I would recommend the Palms to anyone.
Dit was amazing.

Quite enjoyable and well-equipped and neat accommodation. Thank you!!
Extremely good value for money
Anonymous, South Africa - 14 January 2008
The 3 bedroomed unit was very spacious and was quite comfortable. Very convenient, close to all amenities. Just wanted to get away and relax and did exactly that. Quite a bit of noise from the new year revellers. A suggestion that management request noise levels to be kept to tolerable levels. Apart from that, pleasantly surprised, extremely good value for money taking into account peak season, will book at the Palms again, provided I get the 3 bedroomed unit.

Thank you for all the communications you sent us from SAFARINOW.COM. It is a service I will definitely make use of again. Our stay at Cormari was a bit disappointing, as I thought we would be staying in a three bed roomed apartment. However after the initial shock of my son and daughters sharing a room, we had a terrific holiday. Thank you for all your help and making the reservations and search for a place easier.

The flats have everything you need and the stay was very enjoyable.

The Palms Holiday Flats
The Palms Holiday Flats is situated in the heart of the exquisite St Lucia World Heritage Site, between Lake St Lucia and the Indian Ocean. With its lakes, lagoons, freshwater swamps and grasslands, St Lucia supports more animal species than the better-known Kruger National Park and Okavango Delta; although these areas are much larger. With more than 530 species of birds, this is a birdwatcher’s paradise.

Each unit is fully furnished and equipped to accommodate between four and six people. The TVs have M-Net and our friendly staff members will clean your unit daily. All units also have their own barbecue areas.

The Hluhluwe and Umfolozi game reserves are 55 km away; close enough for a day trip. St Lucia offers game viewing, self-guided walks, hippo and crocodile launch tours, picnicking, swimming, fishing, boating, snorkelling, a ski boat launch site as well as seasonal turtle tours and whale watching trips. Take a visit to our famous Crocodile Centre and Snake Park, or let us organize a round of golf, a game of tennis or squash at our nearby Monzi Country Club. We are within walking distance of all the local shops and restaurants, making The Palms the ideal location for your holiday to St Lucia.
