I really enjoyed my stay. The landscape is beautiful and the tent was very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive. The meals served in the evening were excellent and it was taken care about my food allergies. I can highly recommend this establishment for a relaxing, close to nature vacation.

Wilderness Get- Away without the wilderness discomfort.

A wonderful and peaceful stay. A proper wilderness experience without the discomfort of being in the wild. This further enhanced by the fact that everything is environmentally friendly. In the tents the lights and kettle use sun energy and the warm water is gas. A wonderful get away.
A wonderful place run by highly motivated and skilled staff

We really enjoyed our visit. The location and setting are fantastic. The tented accommodation exceeded our expectations and it was great to have the opportunity to stay in the lodge too - we enjoyed sitting in front of the fire chatting over a drink. The welcome and assistance from Beneta was very warm and helpful. We particulary enjoyed the introduction to rock art tour with David at the Living Landscapes project in Clanwilliam. We would like to have been able to do a tour up the river on horseback but will have to save that for next time.
