Pity we were not told about the building renovations! Stayed in the chalet right in front of building works with lots of dust and a bit noisy.🙁

There is no control over the builders who are involved in the renovation project. As early as 06:45 they arrive and talking as if it is in the middle of the day. They start mixer engines, banging equipment that they clean at 07:00? There language is not acceptable. There are regulations governing this and also out of respect for paying visitors you do not start work before 08:00. I am sure our rating will change once the works have been completed?

The service was excellent, friendly and helpful. The rooms nice and neat and clean. The breakfast was tops and the portions more than enough. I can easily recommend this Logde any day, as it is only a pleasure to stay here. Keep up the good work. We will definitely use the lodge again.

Due to major renovations we feel the price could have been more keen. The breakfast was not good but the staff were very friendly.
