JOHAN JOOSTE, South Africa

Our stay at Bedrock was one of the worst guesthouse experiences I've had in a long time.I booked a double room with en-suite bathroom as advertised on their ad.When we arrived there the owner told me that our room is no longer available, but he had another room for us.We were put in a room with 4 single beds, none of them with the same bedding and that was really not washed lately. To top this we had to share a bathroom with other guests that stayed in the single rooms. The bathroom was dirty without any towels.Establishment Response:Mr Jooste paid late, arrived late and we offered him his deposit...

Firstly the quoted amount was changed for the room we booked and secondly the reception by the owner was not friendly at all. Not child friendly and breakfast was also not an option when we were there.
