Important Information
1.1 All reservations and amendments must be made in writing.
1.2 120 days or more: If a confirmed booking is received by a 2nd tour operator, the Bed and Breakfast has the right to request the first tour operator to reschedule their reservation.
1.3 90 days or more: If a confirmed booking is received by a 2nd tour operator, the Bed and Breakfast has the right to request the first tour operator for some rooms to be released or ask for a rooming list or for a non refundable deposit of 25% of the requested rooms.
1.4 45 days prior to arrival the Bed and Breakfast must receive the FINAL rooming list of the group. If this rooming list is not more than 50% of the requested rooms, the Bed and Breakfast has the right to release half of the original booked rooms or for a non refundable deposit of 25% of the requested rooms.
1.6 45 days: Cancellation fees as per cancellation policy will apply.
1.7 Provisional Bookings: Provisional Bookings will only be accepted at discretion of the Bed and Breakfast and the validation thereof will be indicated on the confirmation. On receipt of confirmed bookings, the Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to cancel provisional bookings. Provisional bookings not cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date will be subject to the cancellation policy.
