Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note that all guests will need to show the card that they booked with at the check-in. If you are using a card that is not yours, then proof of ID of the card owner will be requested.
Upon check-in each guest will receive a room key card for access to their room. These key cards are activated for the period of stay only and must be handed back to reception on check-out. Failure to return the key card or re-issue of a lost card will result in a charge of GBP 5 payable in cash.
