We would have loved an outside braai facility to enjoy the night view and sounds.

We enjoyed the lodge, from the high class room to all other facilities. However, there could be more focus on service, especially during breakfast and supper.

Great location to Etosha. Pity the management over booked the camping facility. This lost us half a day. While we there it happened a number of times. They did compensate by putting us for the night at a facility next door and gave us a free dinner. At camp site one there is a bad smell from the sewerage or drain.

This is our second time here and were very disappointed. We arrived and even though they had booking on computer and on desk the Lady did not know we were coming. She then sent us to the camp sites. We arrived there with nothing prepared. The toilets were dirty with human waste in them. No paper and the camp site looked like it had not been cleaned up since the last person had stayed there. We complained and they send someone write a way to clean them up. We then went on to have an excellent time there.
