This spacious first-floor unit is equipped with only the best of every luxury and amenity: air-conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, water cooler, ice-maker, giant television with premium DStv. For your peace of mind, the unit is equipped with its own pumped water backup as well as a battery system for power failures.

The unit comfortably accommodates eight guests in three bedrooms. The main bedroom (with television) has a full en-suite bathroom with a massage function shower and leads through sliding doors onto the balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and a double sleeper couch; and the third bedroom is a spacious office with built-in desks and double-bunk beds, as well as a small private smoking balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is open-plan to a large leather lounge which leads onto the large balcony. This part of the balcony has comfortable lounging chairs and can be enclosed from the weather with window blinds, which leads onto an open section with a gas braai and el-fresco dining suite.

The complex is secure with remote-controlled gates and seasonal security guards. The unit is allocated a single undercover parking bay and there is additional guest parking available on a first-come-first-served basis. Linen is provided for beds but guests should bring their own towels and bedding for the sleeper couch is required. Daily servicing is not included but is available on request.
