We have been all over the Western Cape, since 2011, staying in self catering accommodation (pet friendly if our dogs were with us). The Goat Shed has by far out down all the other places that we've stayed at. I have rated accordingly. Regards, Lindsay

Peter and Lindsay were wonderful hosts and The Goat Shed was a very well thought out unit. Despite being rustic in external appearance, The Goat Shed boasts a luxurious bathroom and the whole unit has small touches that make big differences. The bathroom has the option of being opened so one can get a view out whilst still being private. There is an outdoor shower with piping hot water, also kept private by being tucked in a corner with a tree for added protection.The balcony manages to capture a nice balance of sun and shade, so you can be permanently stationed there without getting burnt or...
