The Cliffs Tyger Waterfront offers executive self-catering apartments at the exclusive Tyger Waterfront development in Cape Town. The modern, fully equipped apartments are available for short-term stays and boast beautiful views of the waterfront and surrounds.
Each apartment consists of two bedrooms with full bathrooms and the rooms are furnished with double and twin beds. Each apartment also has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with tea and coffee facilities. The apartments have DStv, DVD players, radios and under-floor heating, as well as panel heaters.
All the apartments have balconies with great views. The apartments are serviced on weekdays 10h00 and 15h00 excluding public holidays and have alarm systems, as well as secure undercover parking bays. Guests can make use of the swimming pool, the gymnasium and the sauna on site, adding to a luxurious experience.
Tyger Waterfront offers a choice of restaurants that cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Willowbridge Lifestyle Centre and Tygervalley Shopping Centre are located less than five minutes away and offer a wide range of shops and entertainment options. Specialised requirements could be accommodated by prior arrangement and extended stays are negotiable.

Apartment Keys to be collected from The Cliffs 24hr security office.
To confirm a reservation we require a completed booking form or a confirmation email together with proof of payment for 50% of charges. The total charges must be paid no later than 72 hours prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you wish to extend the original reservation we require seven days’ notice prior to your original departure date and it is subject to availability.
If you intend to pay by bank transfer/deposit, this should reach our account net of all bank charges. Please show your name and booking/invoice number on the proof of transfer/payment. A copy of the transfer, proof of payment, should be emailed or faxed to secure booking.
For reservations made within 72 hours of commencement of stay, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Should payment not reach us within the required time we reserve the right to cancel any reservations made and any deposits may be forfeited.
We do not accept cash as method of payment.
Although accommodation is confirmed in advance the exact apartment cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival.
Extra sleeping accommodation or special requirements for younger children can be provided in some apartments and may be subject to an additional charge.
Apartments are reserved from 13.00 pm on the day of arrival to on the day of departure. All additional hours may be charged as one day unless otherwise agreed. Collection/delivery of keys and check-ins are during the hours of 13:00 pm and 14.00pm and 16.00 and 18.00 pm Monday to Friday. If your arrival times fall outside of these times, please give us a minimum of 72 hours’ notice in order to co-ordinate the necessary arrangements.
If the client does not pay the balance due at the prescribed time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this event, or if the client cancels after the booking is confirmed, the deposit will be forfeited. Additionally, if a cancellation is made 10 days prior to arrival date and acknowledged by us, then full deposit less booking fee will be refunded. Where cancellation is received less than 2-9 days prior to arrival refunds are made at our discretion and subject to the apartment being re-let. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals. Cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us.
Guests who do not stay for the full period of their booking will be charged for the full duration, unless otherwise agreed and subject to the accommodation being re-let. Any refunds are at our discretion and subject to the deduction of an administration fee. Guests are advised to take out adequate travel insurance.
Land-line is currently not installed. A local mobile can be investigated if necessary.
Security deposits are fully refundable 28 days after departure less any telephone call charges, the cost of any damage that occurs during your stay, as well as any outstanding or additional charges incurred. If credit card details are being held as guarantee, we will notify you of the charges prior to making any deductions from your credit card.
Please note that your accommodation charges cover an end of tenancy clean of up to two hours. Any time beyond this you will be subject to a minimum charge of R200.00.
Guests will be held responsible for loss of, or damage to, contents, furniture or fittings at the property during your stay.
We regret that pets are not allowed in our apartments.
A dedicated Parking is available for the apartment.
We will provide fresh linen and towels to your apartment on the days specified by us. Refresh cleans will commence from 10.00 am. If the cleaners are turned away for any reason, then the cleaning may not be re-scheduled until the following day.
We cannot be held responsible for any failure or interruption of services to the apartment, including electricity and water, or any damage, disruption or noise caused by other Waterfront tenants, or as a result of repair works being carried out in another part of the property.
This is a quiet residential complex, noise levels need to be kept low.
