My husband and I spent four nights at Swallows Nest. The cottage is situated in a stunning location with a magical view and there are some lovely walks/hikes close by, The cottage is very well kitted out and the winter sheets were a nice touch for the chilly nights. We enjoyed having a fireplace inside the cottage too, The owners, Hylton and Sunelle were brilliant, very helpful and friendly, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Quiet and peaceful in beautiful surroundings. Chalet is very comfortable with everything one needs, and access to great facilities on the farm if needed (shop, natural pool). Short but happy stay. Than you.

We absolutely loved the chalet and we understand that there were problems with the shower, but they were sorted out very quickly and efficiently so it was not a problem for us at all. What we did think could be improved is that there is no microwave, only an oven/grill which was a small issue for us as we had brought a lot of microwave food for the purpose of not having to cook. But other than that we had an amazing stay and felt very welcomed and comfortable.
