When we arrived there, our booking on their system could not match the bank card we used to book. We had to stand at the reception for about 2 hours. We eventually had to leave and look for another accomodation as we refused to pay another money which Evelyn was asking us to do. I was sick and all we wanted was to rest. The hotel did not assist us at all. It was not our fault that their system could not match our card. We ended up using another acomodation while we had booked and paid SUN1 . Very disappointing service and treatment. I'm waiting for my refund from SUN1. The rating below is...
