Summer Place 7 is a fully furnished self-catering apartment, located in a secure Shelly Beach complex; it can accommodate up to four guests comfortably.
The apartment comprises two bedrooms, each with two single beds and a ceiling fan; there is also one bathroom for guests to share.
The rest of the unit has an open-plan layout; the lounge boasts a flat-screen TV, and opens out onto a large covered patio (including outdoor furniture).
There is a six-seater dining table and chairs in the dining area, while the kitchen comes fully equipped for all your self-catering needs. Lastly, for your peace of mind, there is secure parking provided on the premises.
Please note that there is a R550 - R650 admin fee and a R600 - R2000 refundable breakage deposit as well.

Terms & Conditions Please ensure that the full balance outstanding is reflected in our bank account prior to arrival.No keys can be released without full and final settlement.The breakage deposit will be refunded within the first week of following month of departure, less any deductions for breakages. The deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself. Please remember to email us your account details. Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit. Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform our offices immediately.Please send us a copy of your ID document and proof of residence for FICA purposes. Please use your booking code in the subject line.The premises are available for holiday letting only and are only to be occupied for the period shown on the booking form.Sub-letting is strictly prohibited unless prior arrangements have been made withJust Property and agreed to in writing.Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.Arrival time is no earlier than 2:00 pm on date of arrival as listed on booking form. Departure time is no later than 8:00 am on date of departure as listed on booking form.Caravans and tents are prohibited.Unless otherwise stated or agreed to, in writing, no animals are allowed in the units.No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.Should you require the unit to be serviced, please inform us 24 hours before the required service.Cleaning Services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.Please adhere to body corporate rules and regulations. There will be a copy in your unit. Failure to do so, could result in eviction.Upon departure, please close all windows and outside doors. Please activate available alarm systems.Should the unit that you have booked become unavailable for whatsoever reason, Just Property will endeavour to accommodate you in a similar unit. Should we fail to accommodate you, we will refund you, in full and without prejudice.Cancellation Policy1 month before stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable.2 weeks before stay date: 25% of deposit is refundable.Less than 2 weeks before stay date: 0% of deposit is refundable.A non-refundable admin charge of R500 will be levied on all cancellations. This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.Payment of the deposit and / or taking up of the reserved accommodation is construed to be acceptance of these conditions and binding upon all guests.We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control.In the event of any appliance being out of order we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.Whilst we guarantee you a beautifully clean unit, we cannot be held accountable for the décor of the units as we lease these units to you on behalf of landlords. Should you have any suggestions or compliments, we do welcome your feedback and will happily forward any suggestions or compliments to the landlords. If you are placed in a unit that you are completely unhappy with, you need to inform us within 12 hours of arrival, in writing. Whilst every attempt will be made to satisfy your accommodation needs, we cannot guarantee a move - especially in peak season.
