Please see additional costs below:The rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.A refundable damages/breakage deposit is required along with the balance payment of the booking, please check your Breakage Deposit amount according to your unit below.This is payable to Holidays 4 U, who will email you regarding this, in order to finalize your booking.Please note that the Holidays 4 U offices are closed on the 25th December and 26th December and the 01st January, therefore they are unable to accommodate arrivals and departures on these dates.Damages/breakages deposits are refundable, pending their inspection after departure, and are refunded as follows:Within seven (7) working days after departure.Terms of payment:Your account must be settled in full as follows:Instant / Close to arrival bookings – ImmediatelyFuture bookings – One (1) month prior to arrivalPayment methods accepted on the balance payments:* Regretfully no cheques and/or cheque deposits accepted.* EFT payments only.* Cash payments and/or deposits are acceptable, however, a cash deposit fee of R 100.00 (One Hundred Rand) per deposit will be for your account and will be deducted from your damages/ breakages deposit prior to refund.* NB: Please note the following additional non-refundable Cleaning Fee is applicable & includes the cleaning of the unit before arrival and after departure.- Summer Lodge Villa 1 – Cleaning Fee: R 800.00 – Damages/breakages deposit: R 1 500.00- Summer Lodge Villa 2 – Cleaning Fee: R 500.00 – Damages/breakages deposit: R 1 200.00- Summer Lodge Villa 3 – Cleaning Fee: R 600.00 – Damages/breakages deposit: R 1 200.00- Summer Lodge Villa 4 – Cleaning Fee: R 800.00 – Damages/breakages deposit: R 1 200.00- Summer Lodge Villa 5 – Cleaning Fee: R 600.00 – Damages/breakages deposit: R 1 200.00- Summer Lodge Villa 6 – Cleaning Fee: R 500.00 – Damages/breakages deposit: R 1 000.00
