We LOVED this gem of a place. It has everything you need to retreat from life for a while, relax and enjoy your people. I must mention the little library room which has the most interesting an unique collection of books! We will defintely be back....soon!

We received a great welcome from Margie who ran us through the house before we settled down to a beautifully relaxed weekend. We had mixed weather, so we enjoyed the fireplace and the braai [not having to drag in fuel a bonus!]We loved the peace and quiet, and the total pet-friendliness, and the homely feel. We'll most likely be back - a great place to base for exploring the general area

A place to relax, and enjoy peace and quiet removed from the hustle and bustle of the city! Such a beautiful setting, and very comfortable home. We loved it, and wish we had more than one night there. Yes it is a bit old-fashioned with the decor, but that only adds to the experience. Would love to go back!
