The staff was definitely not ready for us when we arrived they did not even know that we were coming. The Dinner was below average not good at all and over priced. I have no problem paying for food when the qaulity is on the same standard as the price. The breakfast wasn't on standard I know because it is my third time staying there. Beautiful as ever. Been going there for a number of years. Clean rooms. Missing all the animals, taking away a bit of the magic. And missing the closed in restaurant. New one is beautifull but not nice to share your food with flies. but overall a beautiful oasis in the desert.

We overnighted at the campsites. The campsites were very well kept, spacious and well screened against the strong winds blowing that night.Unfortunately the ablution facilities were not up to standard.
