Snowater Condo #85 - Deluxe two story condo! This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, townhouse style condo is a great value.
The first floor features one bedroom with one full bed, one full bath, a nicely equipped galley style kitchen, and an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace insert, and a nice little balcony. The second floor features a master bedroom with a one-queen bed, one full bath, and a laundry cubby. This vacation property will sleep 4 (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE: While this property is not pet-friendly for guests, the property owners do have pets. Persons who are particularly susceptible to pet allergens should take this into consideration and reserve accordingly.
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness centre.
There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

A credit card number is required on all rentals as a security/damage deposit and Guest/Cardholder shall be charged for any damages and/or unnecessary housekeeping as per the Guest Rental Agreement. Absolutely no pets are permitted in properties not specifically designated for such purposes. There is a limit of 2 domestic pets per designated pet friendly property. Additional Cleaning Charges will apply if check out procedures are not followed or the property is not left in the same good habitable condition as when the Guest checks in. There is a two night minimum stay requirement during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. All vacation properties are non-smoking. All rates subject to change without notice.
