One of a kind, pure luxury, this bespoke two-bedroom two-bath high bank vacation home has it all. Architecturally designed, every room offers magnificent views of Silver Lake.
The first floor features a living room with a gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, and a spacious dining area that are all open to each other. The first floor also includes one bedroom with one queen-size bed and one full bath. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes one queen-size bed and offers a great soaker tub with a spectacular view of Silver Lake.
Outside, there is a full-length deck with a gas fire ring, a private hot tub, and a propane BBQ, all overlooking the lake! Without a doubt, this is one of the most relaxing getaways that you will ever experience. This vacation property will sleep up to four persons.
The chateau now has landscaped stairs leading down the embankment to an attached dock and swim ladder! This vacation home received the 2014 Best Residential Wood Design Award...presented annually by the Canadian Wood Council. Congratulations to owners Dave and Dana.
PLEASE NOTE: This rural vacation home is located on an unimproved road that is not maintained by the county. While impassibility is infrequent, Winter Guests are strongly advised to prepare accordingly by utilizing 4-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicles.

PLEASE NOTE: This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighbouring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.

A credit card number is required on all rentals as a security/damage deposit and Guest/Cardholder shall be charged for any damages and/or unnecessary housekeeping as per the Guest Rental Agreement. Absolutely no pets are permitted in properties not specifically designated for such purposes. There is a limit of 2 domestic pets per designated pet friendly property. Additional Cleaning Charges will apply if check out procedures are not followed or the property is not left in the same good habitable condition as when the Guest checks in. There is a two night minimum stay requirement during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. All vacation properties are non-smoking. All rates subject to change without notice.
