This one-bedroom cottage is just a few steps from the beach where you can relax and unwind and be one with nature. There is a lovely veranda with 180 degree views of the ocean, a fenced garden which is pet friendly and private. This is a kite surfers paradise.

The cottage has one private bedroom and bathroom with shower. Fully functional kitchen and living room. The living room and dining room have uninterrupted views over the ocean. It opens onto a wide covered veranda with seating and table.

Grass terraces will lead you to the beach in a few steps. It is fenced off . This beach is famous for its shipwreck and kite surfing paradise

Beach: Miles of unspoiled beaches . Famous for kite surfing, fishing and hiking. The Indian Ocean is 50m from the house and seasonal whale passings.

Romantic: Romantic strolls on the beach and privacy . Sunset and sunrise from the veranda.

      Our stay was short but wonderful. It had everything we needed and more! So beautiful and close to the beach. Kobus is so nice and helpful. We did not want to leave and will defiantly be back!!!

      Am writing this review with reluctance as would like to keep Shipwreck Cottage a secret, so the next time we want to stay it isn't fully booked up!! From the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed by Kobus, to the all too soon end of our 3-night stay, we enjoyed glorious peace and quiet...except for the soothing sounds of the waves breaking on the shore below us, and the prolific birdlife tweeting in the interesting garden. The cottage is beautifully furnished with comfortable antiques... the walls adorned with artwork...the modern kitchen excellently equipped...the spacious modern bathr...

      Beautiful sunrises over the ocean with the beach literally a few steps away. The cottage was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and Kobus was the nicest host!
