RATES: Rates are per person per night
SINGLE SUPPLEMENT: Applicable to one adult alone in a room. Per person sharing plus 30%
MAX ROOM OCCUPANCY 2 adults
INCLUSIONS: Accommodation, meals, selected local beverages, game drives, guided walks, tourism levy, 15% VAT
EXCLUSIONS: French Champagne and premium branded beverages, transfers, laundry, gift boutique purchases and spa treatment and retail, conservation levy
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Available at an additional cost. Kindly contact reservations for updated cost.
CONSERVATION LEVY:
R100 per person per night
CHILD POLICY 12+ years
GAME DRIVE AND GUIDED WALK POLICY:
Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted on walking safaris
Persons over the age of 65 will require a medical clearance certificate stating they are fit to partake in a strenuous walking safari lasting up to 4 hours.
Pregnant women are not permitted on walking safaris.
MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY: 15 December – 15 January
PAYMENT:
50% deposit required 14 days from date of booking
Full prepayment required 60 days prior to arrival
Full prepayment required should booking be made within 60 days prior to arrival
Shamwari Private Game Reserve reserves the right to release bookings, should payment not be received by the requested date
Bank charges for account of guest
Discrepancies on confirmation to be addresses at time of booking
