The apartment is stylishly designed for privacy and comfort with a separate bedroom and bathroom located off the entrance flowing into an open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is ample natural light throughout whilst still providing complete privacy in the bedroom.
The kitchen features fridge/freezer combination, electrical hob, stove with extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery as well as cooking utensils. There is a small four-seater dining table and chairs where one can enjoy a meal or to use as desk space.
The apartment is full furnished with linen and towels provided. This is a perfect location for a romantic weekend getaway or a base setting for a vacation within the Cape region. It is located close to one of Cape Town’s favourite beachfronts.
In addition to offering guests privacy from the second level of the fourth story, the upmarket self-catering apartment is in a secure complex, manned by 24-hour hour security and is a short two-minutewalk from the beach. A variety of alluring attractions can be enjoyed by guests along the coast.

Guests will have access to free Wi-Fi with during their stay.

Big Bay is a popular holiday destination that is home to a family-friendly beachfront, as well as a wonderful array of attractions suitable for all ages. Surfing and kitesurfing are popular activities to enjoy while visiting. A selection of ocean-facing restaurants and attractions also appeal to guests. The Mother City is a short 25-kilometre drive away, easily accessible by catching a My Citi bus. Cape Town International Airport is a mere 30-kilometre drive away from the property.
A R1000 refundable deposit is required per booking and will be refunded within seven working days of your departure. There is also a non-refundable fee of R350 for departure cleanup payable.
We charge R300 for a late meet-and-greet for check-ins between 18:00 and 06:00 on weekdays, and on weekends after 17:30. Airport transfer costs are... The apartment only gets serviced with arrival and departure, should a cleaning be required, this must be arranged with our office at an additional charge with 48 hours notice.

Telephone charges/internet connection, if any, is for your own account unless specified otherwise.
We reserve the right to substitute the applicable apartment with another similar or higher quality apartment, should the apartment not be "lettable" for any of the following reasons:
* Internal damage & maintenance issues
* Death of the apartment's owner and/or spouse leading to withdrawal from the rental pool.
* Any security breach which could risk the safety of our guests.
By accepting this booking you confirm that you adhere to these conditions above, and authorise the managing agent to charge you with any amount as per the terms and conditions above.
The managing agent, it's employees and/or agents accept no liability for any loss or damage to any personal items and/or person for any reason whatsoever, unless such loss or damage has regard to any circumstances within the managing agents reasonable control. Sufficient travel & medical insurance is therefore recommended.
Although we at the agency pride ourselves in providing accommodation, that adheres to reputable safety standards, all visitors and guests, should hereby take note and accept that should they not use the facility as indicated or in any other circumstances improper fashion, for instance, strolling from the normal pathways, accidents may occur. Neither the managing agent, nor its staff or employees will accept liability for any injury to or damage of property belonging to any visitor or guest, if such, injury or damage to property caused by any circumstances without its reasonable control. This includes any consequential damages caused as a result of such injury or damage to property.
Please store all valuable items in the rented property safe or any other secure facility as the managing agent will not accept liability with regards to the disappearance or damage of valuable items of visitors or guests, unless such disappearance or damage has regard to any situation within the Business’s reasonable control. see more
