***CANCELLATION POLICY – Sea Glimpse to be informed in writing of your intention to cancel. Refunds: 100% Refund if cancellation is within 24Hrs of deposit payment; 75% within 3 days of deposit payment; 50% within 5 days of deposit payment. Refunds after 5 days of deposit payment, will be considered only if cancelled bookings are being replaced by confirmed new bookings for the same period of booking, or longer. In the event of a full or partial deposit refund, an admin fee will be charged of 10%, no refunds will be considered in the event of late arrivals or early departures. *Arrival of Guests: (NB: Please make prior arrangements, in the event of an arrival later than 19h00)*The full balance of reservation, as well as breakage deposit, if not yet deposited, is payable on arrival. Refund of breakage deposit, will bedone after the inspection has been thoroughly done, and any breakages and/or losses have been determined.-------------------------------*Units are available from 14h00 on the day of arrival.VISITORS: No visitors will be granted access to our premises, unless prior arrangements have been made with Management by guests.The departure of Guests:* Vacate Units strictly at 10h00. Unit’s Key to be handed in at Reception.* NB!! Units to be left in a respectable condition. A cleaning fee in respect of dirty dishes, will be charged @ 10% of the rate per night.* NB The full period of the reservation will be charged for, regardless of a later arrival and/or earlier departure.LAUNDRY FACILITIES: (For guests only!) BRAAI FACILITIES; 3 SWIMMING POOLSPETS: Pets, unfortunately, are not allowed.TOWELS: No towels are provided. In exceptional cases, towels can be hired at a fee. PLEASE BRING OWN iron/ironing board & extra dishclothsTOILET PAPER & DISHWASHING LIQUID - Units will be supplied with Toilet Paper & Dishwashing Liquid once-off, prior to arrival MANAGEMENT WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE for any damages, losses, injuries, any unforeseen occurrences beyond our control, and for possessions left in the unit while out, and/or left behind at the Resort, at departure.BEHAVIOUR OF GUESTS AND VISITORS: PLEASE NOTE: QUIET TIME IS FROM 23H00-06H00Management reserves the right to address guests, and/or their visitors, whose bad & indecent behaviour might cause inconvenience, discomfort, disrespect and embarrassment to other people, and/or, should damage being caused to property and possessions belonging to the Resort, or any other person. Should guests and/or their visitors persist in a disrespectful & unacceptable behaviour, Management will have no option than to demand immediate vacation and departure, with no refunds. This will result in no further bookings in future, and prohibited access to our Resort. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE AND/OR ADJUST THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES AT ANY TIME
