About Sand en See 305
Sand en See 305 is a sea-facing apartment, situated directly on Blouberg Beach, with the world-famous view of Cape Town and Table Mountain across the Atlantic. This spacious and fully equipped apartment can accommodate up to six guests and is within walking distance of many fine restaurants and bars. The beaches of Bloubergstrand are beautiful and perfect for sun-bathing, beach walks, surfing, wind surfing, and kite surfing.
The apartment contains three bedrooms; the main bedroom faces the ocean and features a double bed, the second bedroom contains twin single beds and the third bedroom contains a single bed. There is also an additional sleeper couch in the lounge. The apartment has one full bathroom and a separate toilet, and linen and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, stove, and oven. The kitchen leads onto the dining area and the lounge features a TV with DStv. Enjoy magnificent sunsets over Robben Island from the enclosed balcony after a relaxing day at the beach. Other features include laundry facilities and barbecue facilities in the courtyard area, while your vehicle will be kept safe in an electronic lock-up garage, with direct access to the apartment building.
Bloubergstrand is located close to Cape Town and all the attractions it has to offer including the V&A Waterfront and Cape Town city centre, various golf courses, shopping malls and cinemas. It is also within thirty minutes’ drive from the beaches of Clifton and Camps bay and 40 minutes’ drive to the various winelands.

Children are welcome. Minimum booking period is two to four nights - we do not accept one-night bookings. The balance is due before or on arrival. Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
