About Sadawa Game Reserve
Sadawa Game Reserve is situated 70km outside Ceres in the beautiful Tankwa Karoo. We offer a rustic and restful Karoo getaway at affordable prices. Come see wild game, gaze at the majestic night sky, discover unusual plants and insects, practice your photography skills, shoot on our shooting range and much more! All in the presence of a quiet, breathtaking landscape that will make the noise of city life drain away. The lodge comprises of seven chalets, camping grounds, tents and one Karoo-style Hunter's Cottage - Die Brak. Our chalets feature unique, rustic, vintage décor all with en-suite bathrooms and single or king-size beds. The self-catering chalets all have their own kitchenette with fridge, stove top and cookware as well as a private braai lapa. The standard chalets make use of our large communal kitchen to prepare their own meals. They also have access to our shared braai facilities. The lodge also offers guests free WiFi, Mtn reception and bar with DSTv. Die Brak hunter's cottage is a three bedrooms self-catering cottage 8km from the main camp and is the true Karoo getaway! It has one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a lapa with braai facilities. Here lies the true Karoo-experience as there is no electricity or internet access. We offer picnics and home-baked breads as meals. Visit our website for a full list of activities to partake in.
Safari: Let us take you on a veld- or night drive and show you all the animals and interesting plants that the Karoo has to offer. You will be amazed at the variance and diversity of this seemingly desolate plain.
Wedding Venues: We can accommodate and host intimate wedding parties. The Karoo requires a creative eye, but can offer a beautiful wedding day to any couple.
Conference Venues: The lodge can accommodate up to 30 people in the conference room. WiFi Internet access is available, but please bring own laptop and projector. White boards are available on request.
Romantic: Imagine standing alone, hand in hand with the one you love under millions of stars painted across the night sky and a moon so bright it gleams like a pearl in fresh water. Be alone and be together in the Karoo.

Check-in is strictly from 17:00. No-one will be checked-in later than 20:30.
Picnic lunches must be arranged well in advance as we only go to town once per week.
Home-baked breads are provided upon arrival as we do not have staff over weekends.
Extra items must be paid in cash or EFT as we do not have card facilities.
